Suzey Sligh Van Ness
Founder & visionary strategist

Suzey Van Ness is an award-winning creative director and marketing communications strategist whose executive career with MGM Studios and Sony Pictures honed her expertise in storytelling, audience engagement, and brand transformation. Today, she channels that experience into purpose-driven impact as the founder of Seeds of Purpose Collective, a mission-inspired studio rooted in cultural storytelling, conscious commerce, and community-centered strategy. Before launching Seeds of Purpose, Suzey served as Deputy Director of the Nevada Preservation Foundation, where she led and expanded the Home + History Las Vegas festival, transforming it into a nationally recognized heritage tourism event. Through cause-related storytelling and experiential engagement, she used the platform to connect preservation with people, blending education, advocacy, and fundraising in innovative ways that deepened public awareness and support. Drawing from a rare blend of corporate creative leadership and nonprofit strategy, Suzey helps organizations and entrepreneurs bridge vision with purpose, cultivating authentic growth, empowering communities, and planting seeds of change that last.
